Cancelation Policy

Please be advised we have a cancellation policy. To cancel or reschedule your booking please contact us at least 24 hours in advance or deposit will be lost. If you need to reschedule your appointment outside of the 24 hour period, please contact 0416447277 and your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment. We have a maximum of 2 reschedules, if you require to reschedule again, deposit will be lost. We understand that life happens and circumstances may be out of our control, which is why we are happy to transfer your deposits with enough notice. Thank you
